Had a call the other night, customer stopped their plumber after he laid tiles on the floor as they were not in a straight line.
From the look of it he did not bed the the tile into the adhesive as I could lift a majority with my bare hands. And some places there was no spacers.

I've recommended two plumbers to a customer and neither has been in contact. Not a massive job but still money to be made. What's the problem? Kind of made me look bad also!
Just been round to a job where the plumber has installed a shower tray and siliconed up the edges against the backerboard (Marmox type - unsure of make) - all fine, except he has smeared it into a thin layer approx. 30mm up all the way around.
Planning to tank the shower using Mapegum etc...
