Anyway, is there an existing post, or would anyone be kind enough to proffer their opinion on tap quality. As I see it, there are two parameters -...

This isn’t my timing but a professional installation.
I’ve cherry picked the worst parts, but I’d love a view if this is acceptable or not? The wall tiles overall look pretty even, but up close some areas look like they have a poor finish, and in some cases the grout looks rough.
On the floor...
Hi,

Tiler final come back ( didn’t come due to covid)

This is how it’s been left, I can scrap the slurry out with my nail and still have patchy areas
I'm looking for some expert advice and hopefully some reassurance....

We now have a professional tiler in attempting to tile a wall up to an external corner where he has suggested incorporating a metal edging trim.
Due to the overall layout of the tiles, the tile edges next to the trim need to be cut, which the tiler has attempted to do.
He's also trying to butt...
I’m having a kitchen fitted and tiled. I wondered what people’s thoughts are on the attached......is it acceptable or should I ask for it to be re done? The rest of the job I should pretty good
Hi all,
No doubt a simple question for many so hoping for some advice. I'm at a complete loss as to where I should be buying quality subway/metro tiles. I was going with Topps and then I read some bad stories regarding quality. CTD has plenty, but I've no idea of the quality. Then there's...
Hi there, this is my first post and looking for advice on fixing 550x330x8mm ceramic wall tiles to two bathroom walls. I have started the short wall in the shower enclosure and seems to have gone ok. Have just set the first tile to continue around the corner to cover the longer wall (3metres)...
Hi everyone,
New to the forum and new to tiling. I am redoing my fireplace surround and wanted to do a herringbone pattern on the floor with 3x6 subway tile. I measured the middle 3 times, and dry layed the pattern out and still was off a inch on the right creating small pieces. I really took...
