    Advice: grouting quality?

    Had tiles laid a while a go and grout was really patchy and pin holes. Tiler final come back ( didn’t come due to covid) He removed the dark patches of grey grout and put a slurry on top. This is how it’s been left, I can scrap the slurry out with my nail and still have patchy areas
