I have an area of 125m2 that I need tiling. The floor surface is screed, as I have had underfloor heating fitted a couple of months ago. The area is a total of 3 rooms, and on the whole it is a very large open area.
The property is in the midlands.

I have to price for a bathroom floor, I haven't measured it yet but it's 4 to 5 metres I would say, nothing fancy shape wise. Price to board it with nmp, lay ufh loose wire, level, uncouple, tile with travertine 600x400 approx. Brick bond

What is the difference in the way i quote ?? I have to rip out make good get the plumber and electrician in ect
