Hi

We were going to have LVT flooring before but have now decided to have porcelain tiles.
I have looked at the forum and people are saying that In order to prevent the tiles to break or crack, the surface needs to...

I've got some 50mm cement faced UFH insulation to stick down and was going to use Mapeker rapid set as I've got a few bags but have noticed that the max bed depth is 5mm in some areas I need to build it up a little where the floor isn't level would only be a couple mm more, would this...
The rationale behind the rapid setting mortar is to speed up the work. At the same time, a tanking system essentially traps any moisture inside. It seems to me that tanking shortly after the mortar sets (in, say, one or two hours) is a leap of faith. What do you think?
I have 2 brand new 30m rolls of BAL rapid tile mat.
I contacted a few places and they sell for £250 each trade.
I'm looking for £100 each .
