Hi All,
I have an anhydrite screeded floor that’s been down 4mths. I now need to sand it before my tiler star work. Any advice on which type of sander or grinder I need to hire and advice on doing the job?
Thanks in advance
Can anybody offer any suggestions on anternative to diamond cup for 180mm floor grinder? I’m after something less harsh for fresher screeds that need a lighter sand..
Got a floor sander coming in from a hire company next week to clean up a gyvlon base prior to tiling.
I've never done this myself before, it's always been done by builders etc. The hire company are unsure of exactly what pads/discs to supply with the machine. Anyone got any ideas?

Recommended off the forum was a universal rotary sander with 60grit
Only one place that can get hold of this machine and someone has it booked out for another two weeks
Any other ideas what I could use instead
Cheers
