Enquiry just in. Not much info at this time, only 300x300 and local job (1 mile).
Sounds like a refurb or new build. No idea if porc, stone etc at this stage.

Gent needs a rough guesstimate on price per m2.
Any help on pricing given 100m2, cheers.

What floors are they screed etc....

Give your prices for ceramics and your prices for stone .

Explain they are ball park figures and you will need to see the said project to price accordingly as in regards prep and substrate type etc.

I never give prices over the phone personally, not even an estimate, ask if you can go and have a quick look, get your foot in the door early on

Won't be too hard to throw down 30+ m2 of ceramic 300x300 a day if there are good runs so you'll still make a good wage at under £15 a metre.

The terminology is risqué but the price may be right for a wage with limited overheads.
Rather a general enquiry and expecting a lot of input without important details to provide specifics so plenty of scope to change!

if its straight forward job, in ceramics or porcelain I would be between £18 to £20 per metre inc adhesive and grout...
