Sounds like our prices over here unfortunately.
I have 90 mtrs of 600x600x20mm marble to lay wk after next !! lift existing tiles too plus under pressure to do it quick !! I'd be happier if it was a new house.

if its all one area its an easy job for me plus one labourer, ( word removed) it in 5 days, 1200 for me, 300 for labourer, 250 materials (buying power I have) 50 for food. Anyone whos worked for me/with me knows i am hardcore and I dont take prisoners!!!! just priced a job similar but 300msq, similar rates, easy money, you lot got to pull your fingers out!!!
