I'd also suggest getting a confirmed specialist in asap to check conditions.

You mention cut outs, I can't see any on the template, where are they please, and how many?
Do you know the exact dimensions of your space and the exact dimensions to which your pieces are being cut to?
Who has the responsibility of bringing the pieces to site and bringing them in Mandy, do you know?
Or are just going to be delivered and dumped outside?
Retailers are only too keen to sell so they tend to be quick to assure customers that everything is ok. Once the tiles are delivered, their interest tends to wane a little!

Marc, if he's available or gary.
gonna look amazing though
The tile installer, and only him.
No one else is suitable, one or two exceptions apply.
Is this work part of a remodelling project, or have all works been completed?
Is this wall been specifically prepared to accept the tiles or is just an existing painted wall?
The wall was replastered (the entire room was) and painted but because it is a solid wall I did not think it needed to be reinforced in any way to support the weight of the tiles.
There are 4 socket cut outs. Basically on that wall I will be mounting a tv along with a soundbar beneath it and a floating media unit.
So we have 5 small cut outs for the tv bracket screws, 2 cutouts to the soundbar bracket screws and 8 cutouts for the floating unit screws.
In addition we have 4 hole cut outs behind where the tv will go and the floating unit to feed wires behind the wall for HDMI cables and power cables etc.
That's quite a number, this will make it very vulnerable, hence my question on responsibility.
You are also placing a lot of weight on the face of the tile, this also makes it very vulnerable.
There is a lot that can go wrong with this install.
Also if someone is trying to advise or secure your work via private message, please tell me, I don't want to waste my or your time by posting this.
We all give our time for free here, and there's always something else we Can be doing.
Not being arsey, just up front with you.
I'm more than happy to help, that's why I'm here, but please don't waste my time.
Thank you.
Marc
