it defo works both ways ali,no doubt at all mate.
i have 2 lads who work for me ali,so sometimes i can jump straight on a job ,but this year so far i aint been able too,although looking at my bank balance you would think i aint worked all year

on the flipside not all good tradesmen are busy,because all the rough cowboys take a lot of work,so you get cowboys doing the work and tradesmen sat at home,so someone who can start straight away is not always a cowboy

the gift of the gabbers and the back hand givers will always be quite busy and at the expense of honest skilled guys too.
