22mm wbp ply

Hi Guys, been busy on the day job and now back on my project. I have an Aquadec 22mm shower former and have started to install it. When I went to the local wood yards I was told by MKM and Jewsons they don't have 22mm ply that I want to use as the flooring. Looking on the internet I find it impossible to finsd a supplier. hi dan why dont u use 18mm ply and an uncoupling membrane which is 3mm +1mmwith adhesive 22mm sorted:hurray:

Mapei fibre plan is suitable for levelling over ply/wood floors....this would bring the height up.......unk:

Thanks for the reply guys. Didn't think of the uncoupling membrane to be used as means to raise the floor. I had in mind to use 18mm + 4mm ply. Then was wondering which to put next to the joists and which on top??! I was then going to tank over former and floor together using Kerdi or Wetdec's alternative. No bought the wood yet though. I am now going to see what mapei fibre plan is. Regards, Dan.

Applications:
Fiberplan is used for smoothing and levelling from 3 to 10 mm over adequately anchored wood substrates and wooden boarding where good resistance to loads and traffic is required; Fiberplan is suitable for wheeled chair traffic and for heated floors.
Fiberplan can only be used internally.
Smoothing of old and new timber floors: wooden boarding, chip-board panels, plywood, parquet.
Smoothing cement, terrazzo, old ceramic tile, natural stone substrates. Coverage
