300x300 115sqm

I have been asked to price a job. Tiles are 300x300 115sqm what would be your price.
Just tiling they are suppliny materials.
It is a office shop floor.

Any advice for per sqm

20m2 then knock a bit off for discount and quantity so 2300 less say 300 gives 2 g in your hip or 25 m2 so 2875 then knock it down to 2300 to get your 20 quid a m2

again mate depends where you are in edinburgh where i am id charge 25 then knock down to 20 for that size, might even take to 2200, some places would be around 15 a metre, you have to work out what you can do a day i reckon 20m2 a day then grouting so 7 days at a day rate of 150 is 1050, again depends how fast you are then it might be anything from 15 to 30m2 a day so good cash

if they are supplying mats make sure its good gear and not b&q or wickes own make

its a load of tiles 2 mate including a standard 10% for waste etc thats 1400 tiles lol

oh my poor back i can feel a sicky coming on so might have to go to pub

shop fitters can get in the way i find unless you are the only person on the floor which is unlikley can take you twice as long as its only a small shop it could be even busyer good luck Pete

Are they stone, porcelain or ceramic tiles and what about the floor, whats the substrate?

new screed so flat

Big job to do on your own. It would take you 2 days to grout it!

£20per mtre is a good price if the floor is flat approx 7 days work for me
not a bad wage that is what we should be earning
