4 Day tilers

This may have been discussed before but i was wondering how many of you guys learnt your tiling skills on a 4 day course then went straight into it full time?
Did you make money straight away?

I'm doing a 5 day course (inc natural stone) at NETT in a weeks time and was planning on advertising straightaway
I also fit garage doors so would still be doing those too

i went to NETT a few weeks ago. And the amount of info darren teaches you is amazing. You will remember everything! Its abit rushed, so best have your thinking cap on and your eyes wide open. It is really intense, so be prepared!!

32 week full time course at sheffield college nvq level 2 in 2001

yes i am going to go self employed. this will be a job change for me!!! if i put the effort in i will be rewarded!!

4 day course here, but learnt only the basics there, and not all of what was taught was right anyway, but once joining here I learnt the theory for everything I ever needed so far and out it into practice to a good degree.

I know for a fact I could work in the very same tiling course college and teach newbie would be tilers far far better than I was taught there myself.

a NETT man here, did a plumbing course as well as I had to dive straight into earning some money as I had a family and morgage to support. Not easy but best thing I ever did.

I did the 5 day course at NETT. Best thing I ever did, I am not full time but I make good bloody money from tiling just on weekends (sometimes more than my full time job).
