4 tile modular pattern.....please

Venus Land Anthracite Modular Pattern Tile - Multiformat - Bathroom Floor Tiles | Gemini Tiles
I have been asked to lay the above tiles,could someone point me in the right direction for a 4 tile pattern containing the correct amount of tiles.
I think these tiles will come in a box containing the 6 tiles pictured(2no 400x400s,2no 200x200s,1no 600x400 and 1no 400x200)

Opus Romano is the way to go. The area needs to be quite big to seen one or two whole patterns which almost makes it look random on smallish floors which is sometimes what's wanted by the customer.
