600 x 600 PORCELAIN FLOOR TILES

Going to price a job tommorow 50 metres of 600x600 porcelain floor tiles was just wondering what people would usually charge

What prep are you doing?
Are you supplying materials?

its for labour only and as far as i no it is a concrete base

just over the phone have not seen the job yet am just going off what the customer said

if its just a matter of prime floors and fix with no other prep work about 30 @ m2

Look at it first before you do any pricing.Could have loads of problems

yep as above i would;nt give a price over the phone , the price i gave is just a guide line

I always price large format at a higher rate than I would ceramics, as it takes more effort to install to a high standard. With large tiles the prep work has to be spot on and I doubt that the concrete floor will be level enough to get away with a standard fix. Meticulously Check the floor for level as you're more than likely going to need to slc the floor. You may also need a decoupler if the floor is heated.
