I always price large format at a higher rate than I would ceramics, as it takes more effort to install to a high standard. With large tiles the prep work has to be spot on and I doubt that the concrete floor will be level enough to get away with a standard fix. Meticulously Check the floor for level as you're more than likely going to need to slc the floor. You may also need a decoupler if the floor is heated.
