900x315 tiles

got some ceramics to put onto hardibacker walls. 900x315 from porcelanosa. rapid set flex is my choice but would like other peoples opinions. could weber set plus also be used.

I have been using weber set plus yesterday...|Good stuff....

Slow setting but should be ok as long as you get a solid fix as with most addys...

i normally use mapei p9 as that will hang upto 900x900..so 900x 300 should be a breeze for the weber..

the set plus is nice gear. got 3 free bags from weber and used it on 500x500 porcelain. lovely gear to spread. used 12mm square notch on walls and no slumping of ribs. is the mapei similar gear ?

Mapei P9 is awsome adhesive imo....but i will say the weber set plus was o k....A bit on the awkward side to get it to the right consistency or maybe i am just used to the p9...that mix's real quick...

fixed a lot of the big porcelanosa stuff (inc 900x315's), to be honest I just use a standard set flexi

Have used the p9 myself on 600x600, Good stuff

One of the last jobs i did was 900x315 glass acidos from porcelanosa,Customer supplied Butech adhesive from porcelanosa and for the price was good value, Discounts of upto 70% retail

I've been using the webber set plus recently its been of offer at my suppliers and was too good a deal to miss, needed some white, i have a love hate relationship with webber to be honest, love the set plus, hate the rapid spf.

Im collecting some nicobond samples tomorow, ill let you know how i go with them.

agree with oli , weber are hit and miss in my opinion, some great products, some real rubbish too

phoned weber tech line up and guy told me to use 2 part addy and set plus can only be used up to 300x300 tiles. think he got a bit muddled up with bucket and bagged gear
