Hi,

My 'professional' tiler can not do a 3 way joint - I have seen 9mm 3 way corners that will stop the need for 45 degree angles and will look much nicer than the piles of grout i currently have with sharp jutting out corners.

Does anyone know where I can get 8mm bright silver 3 way corners from ?

here hoping

Really good joins impressed - problem is ours is aluminium.

Spoke to tiler today who says he can not get them any better. The phrase - 'well.. if you can do better'... So I will ... he should never challenge a women who knows what is achievable!!!

Tried CTD but site was down. Will try again tonight.
Thanks for the help I will have as close the perfection as possible and it will be a lot closer than his idea.

Hi,

I hjave had a really good look at these now and taken the tiles off the wall. They will go back on tomorrow. From the looks of things as expected the wall is not straight so two 45 degree cuts will not join.

To solve the problem and the join does look better - not perfect but better. One of the lengths needed to be cut several mm longer than the orginal and the angle made to about 48-50 degrees to allow for the wonky wall.

I did find the ends - they are sold by Blotseal and TDS.

You have to alter both angles not just to one trim, as still won't line up if you try this, good luck

BTW "...see if you can do any better" I would never say such a thing to one of my customers:yikes: 'you'd like what done madam... of course no problem'

Do a deal with your tiler, if you manage to do a better job, then you don't have to pay him, how does that sound?

We can supply 7mm and 10mm ones if that helps?
