local tile shop started printing this on the back of all invoices sale dockets thought it was a good idea might be worth mentioning to your suppliers as it educates the customer View attachment 22007

That is mandatory with us tilers, most shops will take no tiles back once they have been fixed..

A lot of tiles over here have that printed on the boxes or something similar....well last time i bothered to read the writing that is !

agree but does the customer know this as its bold on the back of there paperwork you tend to read it
