A little advice please

Eventually got this floor up, what swine it's been thanks to 'fabio'. I can't go into how much I want to cut his fingers off.

Anywho the floor is overplyed, 9mm, and ufh stuck to this then ditra the and inch of SPF and then tiled.

This is the current state of play. The white is a mix of SPF and fluff from the ditra. The two Blue patches are primer in a dilute and straight state. They appear solid enough and both have enough key to take the SPF for the ins boards the ufh, slc, tile.

Would this be your method to continue fixing ?

So Insulation boards will be going ontop of this, is that right?

I was thinking of glue and screw cement boards or marmox after priming. The lady is on a real tight budget of basically nothing as she has been ripped off by builders then italian 'tilers' who have nearly sent her over the edge.

Maybe a slurry over after priming then cement\ins boards, ufh, screed tile ?

its the fluff thats doing me head in but it seems very well stuck (apart from the loose stuff from ripout)

I'd be happy glueing and screwing onto that providing the floor is deflection free, I see no issues.

ok so now the lady has decided she wants it flush with the oak floor on the outside. that means the 12mm board is coming up.

4mm marmox glued and screwed providing the floorboards are def free?
