I just read your reasons for creating yet another forum Dan and I for one don't have any problem with this forum or the fact it has advertisers on here. I actually find them useful and have visited quite of a few of them since joining, and purchased items from them.

No need, this one is fine. You/I have a choice to ignore the adverts, and any bias is obvious and can also be ignored.

I wouldn't mind a few heads registering over there. It can help if you have websites too as you can setup your signature and gain link love from posts you make. That sort of thing.

But I just thought if some people are fussy about the adverts, it's too late to remove them from tilersforums.com, so perhaps those users can use TilingForums.co.uk only. Either way I'm not fussed. The option is there.

I dont mind people registering and using all forums that exist, it would mean all users would register on tilersforums.com then too, so we'd still end up with posts and threads etc. And as it's the busiest tile forum, we'd probably end up with the most people hanging around on here anyway.

I've registered, but another forum will no doubt use some of the time I could of been on here.
Never had a problem with advertisers, I'm able to see past hype and have availed of forum discounts on products I may have bought anyway

Should come through any minute mate. It runs things like that in batches. I'll need to reconfigure it to speed up the cron jobs as our server will cope with instantly just fine.

will do dan,im thinking of looking into getting a better website,so may not put mine up,looks a bit cack to me
