A tilers worth

Ok, we are always having the debaite of what qualities a good tiler should have, what training they have had and how many years they have been doing it. If we agree that a TILER is of a certain standard....lets call it the "NATIONWIDE APPROVED TILER STANDARD" then how much should they earn? And also, lets factor out where you live! So how much? 20G? 50G?

I personally don't think earnings are the standard to base an approval on!

As we don't have an accredited qualification it is a free for all trade and those that tick all the boxes to the customer win the contract.

You miss my point John, I dont think earnings should have anything to do with the standard that is set but lets assume that there is a standard.... then what would it be worth?
