Some fair comments there, the lad did state that the instructors say they need to get on site for the experiance but no ones taking them on but they should still be learning the basics at college.

if he is on an F.C.A there is NO practical plastering it is all HS/theory if he gets any practical it is so the lecturer dose not get lynched.the managers do not like you to do any thing that they are not getting paid for.

What sad times we live inSurely there is a better way to pass on skills. Should not the government be encouraging small firms, by way of financial help to take on and train, young people. Is it just me:incazzato:
