Need some flexi adhesive, UK....no problem. However I'm in France. Ive found Mapei adhesive but its got Buildfix on it as well. Now because Mon Francais c'est mairde Im strugling to find what Im after and will have to go on the code. What I think I need is C2E but is that right? (Flexi slow set??)

The C mean cement 2 means polimer modifide E means meets extended open time for flexabilty you need to have s1 or s2 after it s2 being more flexible

Thanks fella's. Amazing how much you take for granted. In the Uk I know what I like to use and know that it will do the job, however I dont really take much notice of whats on the bag! Maybe I should break that habit!

Just had another thought about this. Obviously I have web access! So I just cross referenced what I normally use, (N&C glass tile adhesive http://www.ncdirect.co.uk/pdf/glasstileadhesive.pdf), with what I have on site here

Interesting that what I normally use is C2TE and S1. What I have is only C2E. Sorry for being a little thick, (or maybe a lot!!), but will C2E addy do what I want it to?

ETA Understand the C, understand the E. A little confused by the 2, (improved adhesive). And very confused by the fact that the bag says Flexi in the title and yet there is no S code on the bag.

Guys could really do with the advice.

Stable suspended floor, with ply screwed down at approx 120mm centres and 450x450 porcelain tile. There is vibration transmission in the floor, ie if someone walks around in the adjacent bedroom vibration is felt in the ensuite, (albeit a small amount). Will C2E suffice? Or should I be looking for an S1? (Not sure I can get it here though!)

Like I said earlier, I generally use a C2TE S1 adhesive for everything, hence the indecision here as I dont have experience of using a C2E for the application at hand.
