Adhesive question

Hi Guys. Will be tiling a concrete base (has UFH) and all mats are supplied.
There are bags of single part flexible floor adhesive but also bottles of flex additive. I will obviously use the admix with the grout but should I add some to the floor addy as well?
Will it do any harm or should you only add admix to rigid grouts + addys.

Hi macten...

Firstly the additives for adhesives and grouts are different...say you were using BAL then AD1 for adhesive and GT1 for grout.......

As for adding additive to a product that is already flexible then don't....

Normal adhesives and grouts can have additives applied to them but not premixed powders as these are manufactured to a specific formula and adding more additive can upset the balance so to speak.....

Just landed about a months worth of work for a builder so am a happy tiler.
Got to do a compass in a hall and the owners want it pointing the right way.
I was stood in the middle of the hall spinning about with my satnav

if you give the local mosque a bell they,ll send an imam round with some tasty compass type stuff really accurate too
