Discuss Adhesive To Trowel Notch Size Coverage in the Australia Tiling Forum area at TilersForums.com.

Does anyone know of a formula that will calculate how much adhesive is needed for given trowel notch sizes?

If a 20kg bag of cement based adhesive does about 4.5m2 (10mm trowel) then, how far would it have gone using a 3mm mosaic trowel?

There's formulas for grout coverage however, I can't find anything for adhesive that takes trowel notch size into the equation.
