Adobe are giving away earlier versions of their software for free. Includes Photoshop Elements 5.0 and Photoshop CS2. Although they're older versions they'll do the majority of what the average Joe needs to do to photos.

Cs3 Is the best imo.
Having worked in graphic design for a while, CS2 is basic, and Cs5 was over complicated.

No Dreamweaver though , just had to buy that, heafty price too.
