i put an ad in the yellow pages about january then only recently i have changed my mind then i tried to cancel it and its to late ive got to pay i was going to use that money for a bathroom course or to save up for the nvq course

it was my fault for not canceling it earlier is there any way to get out of this

i don't think there is mate, it is a legaly binding contract. go to your c.a.b office and get advice, its free a solicitor will cost u tell them your sick u may get out of it that way:thumbsup:

If you signed and agreed to their terms, probably not.

As a last resort, if you've given card details you could get your bank to decline payment - this normally costs about £20 and you'll need to give the bank details of amounts, expected dates etc.

Or if it's to be a direct debit - simply cancel.

Of course, all this could leave you being chased by their legal dept!

Your've agreed to a contract by paying and the yellow page's have probably gone to print or in the process, So there seem's no way out.

cheers lads my own fault really i left it too late even if it gets me 2 jobs in the whole year if it pays for itself im not bothered learn by your mistakes not paid them yet though
