i put an ad in the yellow pages about january then only recently i have changed my mind then i tried to cancel it and its to late ive got to pay i was going to use that money for a bathroom course or to save up for the nvq course

it was my fault for not canceling it earlier is there any way to get out of this

If you signed and agreed to their terms, probably not.

As a last resort, if you've given card details you could get your bank to decline payment - this normally costs about £20 and you'll need to give the bank details of amounts, expected dates etc.

Or if it's to be a direct debit - simply cancel.

Of course, all this could leave you being chased by their legal dept!
