thanks for reading, been asked to relay an 8 month old patio and path,600mm square slate laid with seems to be a strong adhesive ,on a concrete slab, no Dpm.The adhesive has either stuck to the slab and not the slate , or opposite or not at all. The spec is Bal ptb on ardext wpm 200, but ardext say pointless as water from above will eventually lift the slate. There is a very high water table and leaving slates just on the slab, results in the underside dripping with water after a few hours.
