Flexi adhesive and grout all the way, especially if you are using UFH. And a nice thick bed solid bed trowel to fix the tiles down with. Make sure you double up on the adhesive to allow for the extra thick bed needed for the UFH. Or use a SLC :)
when you say flexi do you mean 2 part ! cos thats whats recommended when tiling ufh over a timber substrate!!!
