Advice on Tiling over a bitumen tanking membrane on an external balcony.

Hi.
I have a leaking balcony on my property it’s 3.5m x 1.25m so not large. Its a concrete floor with brickwork sides.
I have put down a bitumen based tanking membrane I would like to know the best way to put tiles down on top of this.

any help would be appreciated.
