It's a bath surround that has awful leakage the substrate what ever it might be is wet and there for the 20+ year old tiles have started to pop off. they have been tiled over tile...

Any idea where the wetness comes from? Close all water outlets and shut down the water main. If pressure falls she has a severe pipe leakage.

cheers for the pointer but its just getting through the Silicon seal. I'll take plenty of photos you will have to see it to belive it.

as for bring me good Karma. If only, problem is I'm well in debt on the Karma stakes after 5 years in the infantry thats why I tend to be whiter than white these days!
