Bender soloflex is pretty much the same as kerakoll h40 ideal. No primer needed as no reaction occurs. The failures I have seen have been few and far between and related to excess moisture. I did see one that was poorlynprepped and very dusty. I usually advise a primer just to suppess the dust.

Could the Adhesive be out of date

I’m not sure I would trust these “No Priming Necessary” adhesives.

You need to know what he used. Soloflex anhydride Soloflex only. The two technical sheets are different products.
And I think it's no longer in production,
I have not found it on the Italian site

I wondered whether there was a shelf life issue.. It was in date but obviously I don't have the bags to confirm this...
The main problem is the supplier of the adhesive aren't very customer friendly and in no way will help with information except what they want to tell me... Hence asking in earlier reply if anyone knows if they have an agent in the uk who can answer any questions...
I'm trying to work out what is wrong before I inevitably have to put it right...

Send an email and ask for 2 trucks of adhesive, you'll see they respond.

You could go back to the supplier and buy another bag and just check the date as i would guess it comes from same batch ?? Or just ask it the adhesive is in date

The floor was laid in September...
If it's been rebranded as duo flex then I guess the old stuff is still around as they still have it on the shelf...
