Erm, granite and travertine are both natural stone....

.. i was just gunna say that star galaxy comes in granite... however gulf stone quartz does resemble star galaxy.. also depends on who is selling quartz as to what name it is given/sold as..

Why didn't you just cut the travertine in half and lay squares of 305 by 305 lining up with the floor grout joints?

Or wouldn't perhaps a 4mm joint on the wall tiles keep things in check?

We prefer rectangles on the wall and thinner grout lines I guess. Now the floor is up I'm sketching different layouts to see if anything else is possible.
