Phil, I've been buying blades from a guy in California that makes them. His prices are great and the quality is much better than the blades sold by Fein. I'm going to try to find his website for you. Maybe he would ship to the UK?

Phil, good news...it looks like they will ship out of the US. The guy that makes these blades is named Al. He is a door carpenter in Los Angeles. He worked for many years in the sheet metal trade and he uses those skills to make these blades. Go to the JLC forum and search for thje comments and you'll see that everyone raves about his blades. I haven't bought a blade for my Feins from anywhere else.

Fein seems to really control the market here with the pricing of the tools. The best it ever gets is maybe 10% less than "standard" price. There are no great sales that I have ever seen.

As for Christmas, i just want to go away somewhere really hot that wont cos a fortune. Was gonn go to Egypt but they want £7500 for my and my lot. :yikes:
