Alpro knee pads

I have a set of Alpro knee pads but find the straps uncomfortable , it's hard fastening them just right so they don't slip down your leg, anyone else have problems with them!

I love mine, took a while to get use to them though. they do slip down when I walk about so i take them off if i'm moving about

Prefer the inserts. Always hated the feeling of straps. There uncomfortable. Even worse in the summer.

Redbacks too. Alpros are very comfy but too bulky for me plus the straps dont hold on my odd shape tilers knees !:lol:

i got the alpro kneeling cushion, love it, bit of a pain moving it arround but you get used to it..

Don't use the straps, no need to really, just leave them where you work!
Best knee pads you can buy!!!

The straps in my Alpros were caked in adhesive so just removed them. Just drag them along or use masking tape if its a big floor. Got some nice thick velcro from eBay so feel a refurb coming on any day now.

Got 2 pairs of them , comfy to wear but can flop about a bit as ya walk about.. i tend to lay them loose on the floor and just kneel on them...

Have to say I haven't worn pads for years as I could never find a pair that were comfy , straps didn't cut in , stayed up and didn't get in the way.
Then last year - after 23 years of not bothering - I was introduced to Nailers , wear them all the time now sometimes even when wall tiling if I have to a lot of low cutting.
