I know, not to good on floors but good for bathroom where your not moving about to much..

Just get knee pad trousers and double up the padding or get some carpet lino very thick ,great ,no straps digging in the back off knees

Alpros don't dig in the back of your knees mate they are really comfy, without a doubt the best I have ever used and seem to last forever. Had mine for about 5 years now.

I got a cheap pair called rolson seems to do the job BUT the strap is a right pain in the arse

I think you might be wearing them wrong?
