Hi guys, been asked to tile hall/wc with chipboard floor but have advised not to tile on chipboard. So I am removing it along with plastic dpm and polystyrene insulation. This leaves concrete.... so starting from that, has anyone done this and did you latex bare concrete after priming, then epoxy dpm then insulation board, then tiles on top? To bring the level back up? Can't think of an easier way, thouhts please.

Cheers
