Another new member signing in!

Hello all, good to be here.

Got fed up with being employed so I'm a new member going it alone. Set up 'PJS' Tiling and Decorating in February and based near Brentwood in Essex. Decided to take on some training to bring myself up to date so spent 4 weeks with PTS Training in Harlow and a short intro course to Bisazza tiles(Loved the patterns but those 10mm tiles are tricky little buggers!). Very good and highly recommended to anyone thinking of starting up or just improving their skills.

Seen a lot of good info in the forum so keep it coming.

If anyone knows any good contacts for work in this area I'd appreciate hearing.

Hi Fred my fellow pts buddy. Hows things since finishing?

Ive been quite busy just finished a kitchen and utillity floor in a a natural stone looking porcelin which was fun as the floor was all over the place but looked great when finished.

Good to hear from you. Natural stone and porcelain eh. A good stretch from those ceramic floor tiles at PTS.

Finished there last week. Have 2 decorating jobs lined up and 3 more estimates in. Only tile work so far is replacing a damaged bathroom floor tile and some wall tiles. Still, the ads have only just started, but I'm looking hard.
