Any Laticrete users?

I got a call today from a tile shop who i actually don't generally deal with.
They have invited me to an evening with a laticrete representative(refreshments etc put on),i might not be able to make it due to where i might me next wednesday! can anyone tell me what its like? the adhesives,grout,tanking kits etc? i have never used it.

I use it a lot. Its very good and very keenly priced as well.
I think they have started to make it in Ireland recentely.

Sorry bout that - will fix ! - but just so you know, am in Australia - which just about put me at the opposite end of the world to you - but still it's is interesting to see the differences & similarities in the industry around the globe !

p.s. i have visited Ireland & currently have an Irish guy working for me - is that close ? :hurray:

You must be an aussie rules fan then too?where in Ireland is your employee from?

yep Aussie rules thru & thru which is played across around 1/2 the country & the other 1/2 is rugby league & union. go figure ?

and my man "Paul" is from Dublin & up until a couple of years ago was driving big rig trucks for the family business - ( trouble is - all the family is now living here ! ) cheers

Laticrete's Spectralock pro resinous grout is fantastic - although infrequent experience with it due to cost in the UK. It is available from Reed Harris in London www.reed-harris.co.uk - some in stock, definitely as an order.
In the States its available in the sheds for all - and the price, whlst not cheap, is way more affordable than here. Likely to grow in acceptance over time.
