You may laugh, but one of the top tips you should all know about is this.

When your doing a lot of stone and marble work, always make sure you drink at least a pint of milk at the end of the shift, it gathers all the dust together youve breathed in. And I am not kidding, my grandad always drank a load of milk each night, and some of my old lads do the same. So there must be some truth in it.
