What do you normally charge?

I charge 25 per sq m for basic wall tiling and 30 per sq m for basic floor tiling. My prices include adhesive grout and trim. Is this ok or a too high?

I've got about an 85% success rate when I get called to give estimates. I don't get as many calls as I'd like. I have never had more than two or three weeks of work booked in which is really scary when you have a mortgage to pay.

listen to the customer,you will get good vibe of how much they will spend ..price each job according to its merit...sometimes reduced rate can get you the job....any work is better than none.....Gaz

Felix, i do work for carillion pme, you mite have heard of them their sister company Carillion build all the government schools which i do alot of aswell, I have been tiling for 12 years and these guys pay £16 pem metre they supply all materials and i rattle out 3 kitchens and 3 bathroom a day which is bout 18m2, now i only do this say 1 or 2 days a week to keep my company in the loop but when yo get to january time and its hard to get customers this nice wee earner comes in handy cos they always have work, send me a pm if your interested in more info.
