Applying Mapei Primer G

I've been told to apply primer G neat, then someone else said 50/50 with water depending on the type of surface it's going on to as you don't want a skin to form. Then, dilute depending on how it's absorbing.

How do u guys apply, or doesn't it matter that much?

I use pure plaster walls.
50/50 everything else

As everyone else has said really.
Pure on skimmed plaster and anhydride screeds.
And 50/50 is a good place to start with most other substrates providing that it doesn't form a skin on the surface.

I would have thought 50/50 on new plaster the speed it soaks in.
