Went to clear a room and take a carpet up this afternoon for a customer who is getting Karndean down tomorrow. Not my gig, but she is one of my 'good', customers. Even though I didn't need it she sent a text a few mins ago saying 'thanks'. A simple text and all these crappy customers that we read/hear about can just be forgotten about for a while.
