Evening,

Im putting aquapanel on my sisters bathroom floor but i need to do other jobs
can you leave the aquapanel on the floor for say a week before tiling or is this a bad idea?

glued and screwed it will be fine. nice and solid should you have correctly dealt with anything deflection issues !

What's the subfloor and how thick is the Aquapanel?

solid floor boards and 6mm

You can always protect it with some thin ply or hardboard till your ready to tile.
