Architects know the recession is over

having a chat with an architect on site last week, and he says that him and all of his partners are snowed under on the commercial and residential side of things, they deal with the south coast to upper midlands.. the banks are throwing money at larger commercial companies, and residential loans are easier to come by.. it starts with the architects, then us.. then consumer confidence comes back with building.. hip hip horray.. we can raise our meterage costs . haha

Thats very true peter. If the media said we was out pf recession people would start spending loads. Advertising double dips and all that ******** us just scaring people into spending
