Ardex adhesive

Hi Guys Ardex is a cement based adhesive so a chemical dry, its not a dispurtion adhesive so how can to much water make a difference, That sounds like a manufacterer cop out to me. Have had it myself were customer has admitted firing ufh up to soon and i know this is a bit after the horse has bolted but have you no insurance. I had a floor come up in a kitchen in west london and my insurance company proved it was subsidence in the building so didn't have to pay a penny.

all the addy makers cop- out if they can!!! as for the PVA was this not used under the screed to affect a bond between the concrete oversight and the wet screed!! and therefore had nothing to do with the bond between the adhesive and screed!!
