Don't know the make of this cutter, nor does my Austrian mate that owns it, all he knows is that it's an Austrian make, but whatever the Rolls Royce of cutters is, and I'm a Rubi fan, this knocks spots off any cutter I've ever used. I was cutt & drill man today while he did the laying, well impressed. Strong, true, simple to use. I want one.
