Just started a job at a customers house and they have got there tiles from B&Q, oh well you can't have everything!
The problem is the customer wanted to help by preping the walls of the bathroom that had been boarded for the extension, they was going to plaster, but I told them not to bother.
Anyhow, back to the customers prep, they picked up a leaflet which is also online from B&Q (see above link) If you scroll to action 5, they clearly state that porous surfaces and ply wood should be treated with PVA :mad2: so my helpful customer did just that :furious3:
Oh well not her fault, I can't believe that B&Q publish these helpful articles without actually consulting the professionals first, nightmare!!!
