Alright all,

After being dead quiet for the las 6 months or so the phone has started ringing again. Only problem is Im sure in that time much has changed.

To ensure Im not miles off any chance of a bit of advice re quote?

30m2 600x600 porcelain- thinking approx 750 lab and 200 all mats?
Also anyone started using a new tile board called dukka http://www.dukkaboard.com/

Your price is pretty much where I'd be, around £30 per metre. Your materials price is a bit on the high side I'd say they shouldn't be anymore than £150, unless you're including backer boards in that price Although 30 backers would be £300 on their own!

Cheers Bri, M2 price hasnt changed too much then across the board. Spoke to tile merchant today told me of a tiler that was in just uped his standard m2 price to £50 m2..great if he can get it.

Havent saw job yet, unsure if floor is concrete or ply so cant yet comment on backerboards.
