Bad filler job

Should travertine filler appear as blotches and long jagged lines in the light of day? There's so much filler that it reflects off of my stainless steel appliances and at first I thought there were stains all over the appliances. At night, it looks better because of lighting ( you can still see all the filler marks but not as much as during the day), but in daylight, it looks like there is more filler than travertine. Can't believe anyone would have this floor if it looked like this but it didn't show until it was installed?

No, we bought it at TheTileShop in Oakwood Village, OH, but until it was laid, it didn't show all the blotchy filler and spots...

If it were me, I would be directing my queston to the people in the shop that sold me the stuff.

I have contacted the store and the regional manager, located in another state, who has not seen the floor contends that use constitutes acceptance, only the flaws were not visible until they were installed and daylight hit them.
