Basalt Floor tiles 10mm or 15mm

Hope someone can help
I have a customer who is looking to buy Basalt stone tiles and wants Thermonet underfloor heating.
There is a bit of a hight issue in the kitchen using the 15mm tiles so wants to use 10mm but the tile company say to use 15mm.
Insulation boards will be underneath.
Has anyone used these 10mm tiles on the floor and had any problems?

What is the format size of the tile you want to put down?

The tiles are 400mm x 600mm.

If the Tile Company state 15mm and you go against it they will not be intrested if anything does go wrong will it be worth the trouble

Id be going for 15mm as well, 10mm is way to thin for that format size...How deep is the void you have?
